I was off for the week so I was on dinner duty. I made apple cider glazed chicken sausages with a butternut squash puree. The next day I made a Chinese-style BBQ pork. I didn’t love it, but Andrew liked it. MOCHI ROLLS! I finally found the box mix for mochi rolls at our local Korean store. They were JUST like we remembered from Korea.
