I made a pie. Yes. On Passover. It’s a strawberry pie, and it’s currently setting in the fridge. But I’m tired so I’m going to go to bed before eating said pie.
This pie is kosher for Passover because it has an almond crust. I got to use our super-mega-heavy duty food processor. It was quite exciting. I’ll let you know how it tastes tomorrow, but I have high hopes for this one.
Also, this is the 100th day in a row I have taken a photo and blogged about it. That’s about 97 more days that I thought I was going to do. Hurrah!
