Except when the raindrops become a full-on downpour. Jeff and I went out for a little run this afternoon, but after getting a bit of a late start (he was still at work, I was…napping on the couch) we made it out to the beach. We got about 3/4 of mile into our run and it the rain started falling. Heavily. But since we were soaked already, we just kept at it. Turns out running in a full-on downpour makes you feel awesome. Because you feel so hardcore. I mean, if that picture doesn’t look like someone hardcore, I don’t know what does.
In other news, I got a super awesome tour of the RBSP launch pad and the Vertical Integration Facility. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take any pictures, but let’s just say the view from the top of the VIF is amazing. The mosquitos? Not so much.
