We watched it. Ok, I do actually like football and I was rooting for the Seahawks (yay!), but I have to admit, it was…kind of underwhelming. I maybe stopped fully watching and worked on a second practice cake for Jen and Evan’s wedding (much more success this time!) after the Seahawks were up like 30 points or whatever. There just wasn’t enough suspense since it was basically no-contest. It was kind of fun watching the Seahawks capitalize on all of Denver’s mistakes, but at some point it just got silly.
Anyways.
Jen and Evan came over for our usual Sunday night dinner, but this time they brought dinner with them! Or rather, they ordered dinner and Jen and I went to pick it up since there was a 3 hour wait from when they ordered it until it would be ready. No joke. BonChon Chicken takes it’s chicken seriously and so does apparently everyone else. I thought the cashier was going to keel over he was so stressed from all the orders. But for the first time ever, we had the appropriate amount of chicken without an obscene amount of leftovers. Sometimes it’s the small things in life…
