Next week I’ve got a cake project. A big one. Let’s just say I have a lot of cake to decorate and not a lot of time to do it. Because of that (and because I always do this) I made a practice cake. For a first go-around it was ok, but I know I can do better. Hopefully later this week or this weekend I can give it another whirl so I know exactly what I’m going to do when I attack the mountain of cake that needs to be decorated next week.
