I need three pies for this weekend and as of tonight I’ve got two of them done. I was a little overly enthusiastic about that pumpkin pie, so it’s filled to the brim, but hopefully it’s still tasty. In my continued efforts to be a disaster, I’m surprised I managed to successfully bake two pies. I guess that’s until we eat them and realize I put salt in, in the place of sugar or something. I won’t be shocked.
