Not a bad meal to come home to after a long day of work and roller derby, huh?
This is a classic Andrew meal. The chicken was expertly grilled, the broccoli was perfectly roasted, and the potato was baked through and through. Three ingredients, simply prepared, and delicious.
Also, he waited to eat dinner with me when I got home at 10:45. 🙂
