It’s almost Purim which means it’s my one time a year that I make hamantaschen. This year I seemed to have gotten a little carried away, judging by the mountain of cookies we now have stacked up on our counter. Oh well, is that really that much of a problem? My go-to recipe was great once again, since none of my cookies exploded into a great big puffy mess. My jam had some issues staying inside the cookie, but I don’t think it’s going to make them taste any worse.
I couldn’t decide what fillings to use, so…I basically used everything I can think of. Variety is the spice life, right?
