We’re really into our healthy fats over here this week. Or we had an extra piece of salmon that we had to cook before it went bad. Since we only had one piece of salmon left over, I had to find a recipe that would spread it out a bit. I’ve been craving pasta lately (what?! I NEVER want pasta, just ask Melissa!), so when I stumbled across this recipe, it looked fresh and bright, so I figured I would give it a whirl.
Andrew was a fan. He ended up having two and a half servings before all was said and done. Sautéed garlic and onion give the sauce some flavor and lemon juice, white wine, and fresh dill add a light, bright flavor to the creamy sauce. Also, sometimes I cook too![yumprint-recipe id=’14’]
