Holy smokes, today was a great day. So much to process right now, but my best friend just got married and is over the moon. Look how happy she is in that picture!
I have so many more thoughts on this coming later, but I’m too sleepy to properly convey the jumble of emotions in my brain right now.
I can, however finally show you the cake spread. There are a lot of them.

Melissa wanted a buffet of cakes, and a buffet of cakes she got. Five cakes in two days and I’m pleased with my effort. The three tiered pleated cake is my pièce de résistance.
I just have to say, I’m so happy for Melissa and Brad. Seeing how happy they are together is all I want want for Melissa. We’ve been the best of friends for twelve years and we’ve gone through many ups and downs together. To be a part of the biggest day of her life has been a joy and I’m so glad I got to experience it with her. Melissa, you are the best! So much love to you and Brad!
