This is only one of the many many things I baked to bring with me for Thanksgiving. It’s a pumpkin crumb cake which was really a choice of laziness and convenience given that I had some pumpkin puree and sour cream in my fridge already which meant I didn’t have to go to the store to get anything to make it. It smells delightfully autumnal and I think will travel well.
In addition this cake I also made:
- Pumpkin chip brownies
- Mint chip brownies
- Chocolate chip brownies
- 8ish dozen chocolate chip cookies
I forgot to take a picture of all the baked goods in the midst of getting everything together, but our house smells good and I didn’t burn anything and it’s not 2 AM so this is a total win.
