52 Weeks – Week 52

I was off for the week so I was on dinner duty. I made apple cider glazed chicken sausages with a butternut squash puree.

The next day I made a Chinese-style BBQ pork. I didn’t love it, but Andrew liked it.

MOCHI ROLLS! I finally found the box mix for mochi rolls at our local Korean store. They were JUST like we remembered from Korea.

We went bowling with Mike and Erin. Bowling has gotten expensive these days. Gheesh.

Vacation means project time.

We got together with Jen and Evan for New Year’s Eve and went out for dinner. We got a smorgashborg of pizza options. Delicious!

I attempted a lemon meringue pie. It wasn’t perfect and I can come up with a few tweaks, but the flavor was good. I’d call it a half-success.
